You can apply for a specific vacancy or express your general interest in the organization via an open application.
- Online application for specific position: fill out the registration form and upload your resume and motivation letter;
or
- Submit an open application to the relevant division.
Procedure
Step 1
Fill out the online registration form and upload your resume and cover letter. You will receive a confirmation by email that your application has been received. Using your login and password you can check the status of your application. Within two weeks you will get a notification on how we wish to proceed.
Step 2
If your application is successful, you will be invited for an interview by our recruiter or the manager involved.
Step 3
Should you reach the next stage of the recruitment process, you will be invited for a second round of interviews with people within the division and the appropriate department. For some vacancies an assessment could be part of the procedure.
Step 4
After successful completion of the interview rounds we can make you an offer.
Employment Package
The full terms and conditions of the employment package include basic elements such as:
- Salary – Although salary in the end is not a lasting motivator, we believe in paying a fair salary that is regularly benchmarked.
- Pension - All employees at HMC are entitled to join the company pension plan. This is an excellent plan.
- Holidays – The actual number of holidays may differ for onshore or fleet personnel and could differ per division and per country.
